Problem cl_fdt_function_process=>process

I am new to this topic. Please help me on this.

This method cl_fdt_function_process=>process is giving no result. sy-subrc = 2. We are passing constant function id 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'.

Please let me know the problem and where this function id maintained.
