Problem with Attribute presentation control and Help Texts and Checks for same attribute in Product Modeling for Utilities

Hello experts.

I have created for the same attribute, two functions:

1. Attribute presentation control: For enable or disable the changeability of the attribute.
2. Help Text and Checks: For displaying a message according to the decision table item that matches the scenario.

Problem: Only Help Text and Checks is working.

Description: The objective is display messages directly in the attribute and also enable or disable the changeability according to the scenario.

When removing the Help Text and Checks function, the Attribute presentation control works but if both functions are added, only Help Texts and Checks works.
