BRF + license

Hello Carsten,

We are implementing SAP for Utilities which we are using SAP CRM for the front end and SAP ISU for the back end, We would like to use BRF+ tool for our business rule definition. I even did sample business rule creation and we are really excited using this tool. But would like to ask you if, do we have  to get any Licensing done from SAP before we use BRF+ in any of production environment. As far as i know this tool is for free as per link below. Please confirm.
