In the BRF+ Application MDG_BS_ECC_SUPPLIER_WF_CUSTM.(801CC4F00F5C1DDEAFFB6861DB190D2F) the Get Agent Decision Table uses the following field

801CC4F0983C1DDEAE929B26A3944435
This field does not have any binding.
But when a F4 Help is presses it shows the F4 Help.
How can I achieve this in my BRF+ Application.
