BRF+ Social Services

Can anyone give a step by step instruction on how to use the BRF+ Social Services.

Action Types----->CRM Activity,CRM Case Note,CRM Message,CRM WR Message.

Expression Types------>Read CRM BP,Read CRM Transaction,CRM Search,Read CRM Web Request.

I have created a new application following the steps given here Building a Tax Calculation Application - Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus) - SAP Library

I'm a rookie in BRF+, so please be kind enough to explain it in simple terms.
