Hi Experts,
I am currently looking into using BRM as an agent determination solution, but I have been unable to find a way of using wildcards when evaluating conditions. I have the rules bringing back multiple results, but only if the explicit criteria are met.
Is there some way of using wildcards to derive multiple results from rules?
