Make connection between SAP system and Non-SAP system (outbound connection)

Hi Experts,

    I am a Java Programmer and  new to SAP. As per my requirement I have to connect SAP system with Non-SAP system(Ex:Window's 7), so I have to bring required files(ex:  java files or Xml files ) in SAP system from Non-SAP system.

           For this, Basis Team  did like, prerequisites,

              1)Installed SAPJCO3 in SAP system.

              2)Created RFC in trasaction SM59 for JCO.

              3)Used system details,

                                 NW 7.3 ehp1, ABAP stack.

  We followed SCN link also,Setup and test SAP Java Connector outbound connection.

  But we failed to make connection between SAP system and Non-SAP system, it raised error like,

  Please any one help to solve my requirement.
