Catalog in brf+

Hi all,

need help while creating catalog.

we have created BRF + application which contain decision table.

we are planning to give access to end user to upload data into decision table through excel import and export functionality of decision table.

Now application storage type is customizing and transportable object.

here we are planning to create catalog and give access to end user for decision table only.

but when we upload data to decion table in catalog it will ask transport req..

any idea ?other way of giving access to end user in production environment...
