SAP BRM Rules Manager Test UI ?

Hi,

Is there a test tool or a test UI in SAP BRM Rules Manager.

All documents I have been through so far talk about a test tool. Is it the "Rules Testing Concole" in NWDS/Eclipse that is mentioned in all these documents.

Or is there a Test Tool as part of the Rules Manager UI.
